Irma González, daughter of René González, speaks of solidarity with the Cuban Five.
Irma González, daughter of René González, thinks positive about the actions that will outcome in the Third International Youth Encounter in Solidarity with the Cuban Five that takes place at Havana city, Cuba.
"All the relatives of the Cuban Five are today together with Young people from all over the world that once again has gather here (in Havana) to think about those actions they can make to free the Cuban Five", Irma stated.
"This is the third encounter, we have people from 36 different countries, most of them have been here before and they are supporting the case of the Five. We are thinking of what we can do to once and for all bring the Five back home. I think this is going to be a very important meeting. We are going to think how we can get more effectively to the people of the United States, since most of them don't know anything about them because of the media silence, and once again we can bring down the wall of silence they have built around the case of the Cuban Five".
"We say to make justice, but really justice can not be done because they have passed 13 years imprisoned for something they don't do. But they can be free tomorrow and that's why we are fighting for".
